When will I get my order?
Most orders take around 1-2 business days to be shipped out. Items for preorder take 1-2 months to be shipped. You should expect to receive your items 3-5 business days after they are shipped out. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided in the email sent to you after the items are shipped.
Can I return or exchange an item?
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for any items but we can offer returns up to 14 days after you receive the item. Items may be returned for store credit if they are unused and the tags are still attached. Items may not be returned if the tags are taken off or if the items are damaged in any way. To place a return, visit our contact page and email us your order number along with which items you wish to return.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so unfortunately no changes or cancellations can be made. If you no longer want an item, you can refer to our return policy above to return the item(s) within 14 days of arrival.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship from the USA to all countries. Shipping costs may vary depending on where you live.
What do I do if I receive items that are incorrect or damaged?
We do our best to avoid these situations however we sincerely apologize if you have received the wrong items or your items have been damaged. Please visit our contact page to email us with your order number and provide some details about the issue so that our customer service team may investigate further and provide you with a proper solution. We are not responsible for any issues that occur after the items are shipped out, please contact the shipping company directly for any concerns related to shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept payments through credit, debit, and Apple Pay. Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCards are all accepted.
Where are your clothes produced?
All of our clothing, accessories, and shoes are designed in-house in the USA and most items are produced in Portugal, however, some items are also produced in Bangladesh and other parts of Europe. The factories we use practices ethical workplace policies and comply with all safety requirements. We strive for the highest quality at the most reasonable price and our factories, which have worked closely with other luxury brands such as Balenciaga, reflect this.
